On 28 September, Austrade announced the San Francisco Landing Pad’s first dedicated cyber security program together with the naming of the first cohort of Australian cyber security companies BankVault, Cog Systems, Haventec, Hivint, NetCrypt and SIEMonster. The program will start in early 2018 and run up to the 2018 RSA Conference in San Francisco in April. It was also announced Austrade will be partnering with AustCyber to deliver an Australia Lounge at the 2018 RSA Conference, which will serve as a focal point to showcase a broad range of Australian cyber security capability.
