HAMILTON Academical have been plunged into financial crisis after £1million was nicked in a cyber fraud.

In a statement, chairman Les Gray said: “Hamilton Academical FC have been the target of an elaborate fraud resulting in the loss of a substantial sum of monies.”

The Scottish Premiership team reported the theft to cops this week when they realised the cash had gone missing. READ MORE
